It was a beautiful late summer evening at Rosedale Farm & Vineyards and Max's Chef To Farm played host to another group of food enthusiasts and friends alike, The theme? Tomato, To-mah-to! It's the peak of season and our chefs took advantage of the bounty of local heirloom tomatoes, now naturally ripe and plentiful, to incorporate into his always inspired menu. The added bonus? A selection of Rosedale's own wines.
